We have eight outtakes from the shoot for you to check out, along with our first candid pictures of 2014. Dakota and Jamie were spotted together in New York on Wednesday.
In a pair of gorgeous sparkly shoes, Dakota was photographed by David Slijper for the Italian shoe brand Attilio Giusti Leombruni’s Spring/Summer 2014 campaign. The three Giusti sisters Sara, Vera and Marianna said of Dakota:
She takes us back to basics, where we naturally belong. Dakota encapsulates the contemporary spirit of the AGL brand and its features: minimalist aesthetics, compatibility with urban life and a sense of couture.
During the the holidays, Dakota and her mom were photographed out in Los Angeles enjoying time together. We’ve also got the first poster for The Last of Robin Hood, which Dakota is featured on.
Held at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas, Dakota attended the Chanel “Metiers d’Art” Show on Tuesday. More photos should show up soon so check back later for more!
Photographed by Nan Goldin, Dakota and Rodarte designers Kate and Laura Mulleavy have a page in the November issue of ELLE. Dakota’s dress, shoes and metal headdress are all part of Rodarte’s Fall/Winter 2013 collection. As well as this gorgeous photo, we have eight HQ additions to the Henny Garfunkel shoot during Sundance earlier this year.
With much thanks to Jess, we have outtakes from Dakota’s shoot with Mark Segal in 2010. You might recognise the photos as some were featured in the magazine Dazed & Confused in September the same year. They’re gorgeous pictures and we’re happy to have them here at Lovely! New pictures also include a set from Thursday afternoon when Dakota was seen out in New York.
Busy as ever, Vogue Brasil has reported Dakota will attend the amfAR Gala in Rio de Janeiro on October 4 at the Copacabana Palace Hotel.
Today we have a new set of HQ portraits from the 70th Venice Film Festival, shot by photographer Eric Catarina. And Dakota isn’t finished with festivals for 2013 just yet – she’s set to attend the Mill Valley Film Festival in October. The last time she attended this particular festival to promote a movie was in 2008, for The Secret Life of Bees. This time she’ll be there for Effie Gray.
Something else to look out for in October is the US edition of Vogue. Below you’ll find a scan from the magazine, a brand new photo of Dakota we haven’t seen before. I can’t wait to see more from this shoot!
The video below is an interview during TIFF, where there’s a small clip of Dakota in The Last of Robin Hood:
On Saturday at TIFF, Dakota attended the Variety Studio at Holt Renfrew and was interviewed at the Entertainment Tonight festival lounge. At the Guess Portrait Studio, she was photographed by Charles Leonio.
