Dakota’s very first interview for a magazine took place in 2001, when she was just seven, for Venice’s December issue, to promote I Am Sam. With an accompanying photo by Pamela Littky, we have a scan of the interview for you in our gallery (also available to read here for clearer wording). Along with this are a few more recent snaps of Dakota out in New York on Monday and Tuesday:
Lucky has published Laura Morgan’s interview with Dakota, titled "The Natural," which you can read here. She talks about fashion, how acting makes her feel and a little bit about Jamie (they watch Game of Thrones together, one of my absolute favourite shows!). The interview took place at Café Cluny and Laura describes Dakota as we saw her on May 22 at the location. Along with the interview were four photos from the accompanying shoot, one of which we had already, so be sure to check out the other three below:
Dressed in Proenza Schouler, Dakota can be seen on the September issue of Lucky next month. The magazine’s Facebook page mentions the full story will be available on their website next week, I’ll let you know when it’s available! She was photographed by Dan Martensen for the editorial and I’m sure more from the shoot will show up for us soon. :)
Tehrene Firman of Teen Vogue recently interviewed Dakota. She spoke about Very Good Girls and how she would love to work with Elle on a project in the future. You can read "The Fanning Sisters Just Might Be Cooking Up a Movie Together, and We Heard the Whole Thing" on the magazine’s website here.
On Wednesday Dakota was snapped twice during the day, once out by herself and again with Jamie:
We now have beautiful, high quality photos from Dakota’s photo shoot for Town & Country accompanying the article “Tinseltown Angel: Dakota Fanning.” Definitely one of my favourite shoots she’s done! If you’d like to read the interview, you can do so here on the magazine’s website.
Wow, wow, wow! Check out Dakota’s amazing spread for Town & Country magazine, she looks incredible! She covers the August issue and was photographed by Daniel Jackson. Can’t wait for more from this beautiful photo shoot!
Dakota, Elle and Samantha McMillen talk during their recent photo shoot in the video below. They discuss their personal styles, favourite Red Carpet looks and Dakota mentions she hates trying on clothes, a sentiment I quite agree with!
